This role adds to our team in Total Rewards & Mobility to foster SIXT’s people management. You report to the Director Total Rewards & Mobility. You administer all total rewards activities and provide benchmark and grading data. You will co-operate closely with the People Management teams and external providers.
You manage annual salary review processes and ensure global standards are met and deliver training and communication materials where applicable
You provide regular reports (quarterly, monthly, yearly) to relevant stakeholder groups and ensure high data quality and support the ongoing HRIS /HRIT implementation
You administer the long-term incentive programs and benefits programs and balance the reward opportunities available to SIXT employees, within our goals, budgets, and expectations
You run benchmark analysis and help design job architecture and pay bands to ensure internal pay equity and external market competitiveness
You manage and co-operate closely with service providers for benchmarking and grading
You hold a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or similar that uses quantitative analysis and have more than two years experience in rewards, controlling or consulting
You are proactive, data-driven, like to take initiative and feel confident in a cross-cultural matrix organization having worked in an international context before
You have excellent analytical skills and feel very confident with excel. Ideally, you have experience with Workday or similar HR systems
You obtained a certification in job evaluation (Hay, WTW) and/or preferably have experience in international assignments or global benefits
You speak fluent English, German or other languages are a plus
