As Head of Process Mining (m/f/d), you will have a pivotal role and act as the main driver inaugurating the topic with all necessary analyses, implementations, and developments. In the long run, you will build a center of excellence, re-engineering, and predicting future processes, building workshops, and further developing the status quo. DO WHAT YOU LOVE

  • You will be responsible for leading and steering the implementation of process mining at SIXT on green meadow as a flagship project, building a process mining & automation team in the long run

  • You run analyses on the status quo of our processes (e.g. ‘purchase to pay’ processes) with the goal of optimizing them, taking the efficiency in different areas of our Global Business Services to the next level

  • You are designing, developing, and operating data integration pipelines to provide high-quality datasets for process mining use cases

  • You create an impactful dashboard and transparency presenting your results to the top management showing the impact and added value of process mining for the whole business

  • You closely work with several stakeholders, such as data scientists and experts of different teams, across the group to establish a basis for designing effective practices and processes as well as a continuous improvement flow and governance

COME AS YOU ARE

  • You hold a degree in a technical field, mathematics, or comparable education. Respectively professional experience in Data Science, Business Intelligence, or comparable areas

  • You already demonstrated your ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams and preferably have first leadership experience

  • You have experience with a professional process mining tool and ground understanding of process mining concepts and statistics

  • You bring profound data science knowledge, a strong analytical mindset as well as good visualization and dashboard building skills

  • You have excellent verbal and written English, German is a plus
