As part of Corporate Sales Franchise you are responsible for generating busine SIXT and our Franchisees in order to streamline cross border sales processes. Additionally, you consult our Franchise partners in regards to the best possible setup for their sales organization and lead the implementation of international service standards. You manage internal and external stakeholders and ensure that relationships with our Franchise partness growth from international B2B customers in close collaboration with our Franchise partners in >100 countries. You operate as an interface between our sales teams withinrs develop positively and that international customers receive the best possible service worldwide.
You design strategies to exploit international customer revenue potentials
You support our top Franchisees to acquire and develop large target customers
You continuously optimize existing cross border business processes and implement them together with all stakeholders
You support our Franchise partners to optimize their sales setup and to integrate them into the SIXT sales network
You work closely with other departments (e.g. Franchise operations, training, sales controlling) to ensure customer excitement
You develop and implement measures to continuously evaluate and improve sales performance
You gathered first experiences in Business Development, Account- and/or Project Management and have successfully completed a degree in economics/business administration
You have a high degree of self-initiative, motivation and creativity
You are an organizational talent and self-confident in your appearance
You are ready to go into detail and have excellent analytical skills
You have a very good command of German and English and would like to work internationally and are also willing to travel
You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel & PowerPoint
