To extend our Human Resources International & Development Team we are looking forward to recruiting a Senior HR Business Partner* - Global Mobility
The position is a permanent position with 39 h/week fulltime.
Strategic advisor and senior HR business partner to international executives and management teams in support of business needs, HR priorities & global strategies (development, structure, culture, policies)
Initiate and oversee operational issues derived from these priorities related to human resources and labor, tax, and social security law
Management of professional intercultural stakeholders at eye level
Accompanying managers throughout the entire employee life cycle
Support of organizational changes and empowerment of managers
Management of international HR processes for the devisions (HR staff planning and recruitment, mobility measures, compensation, development, labor law measures, etc.)
Prepare issues for handover to Employee Service, including quality assurance of documents such as employment contracts, terminations, references, etc.
University degree with reference to HRM or a comparable education
Profound working experience in a comparable position in an internationally operating company or NPO
Both people oriented and analytical skill-set to drive actions throughout the organisation with a strong stakeholder orientation
Great interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, persuasion and team orientation
Confident in dealing with different hierarchical levels
Fluent in business English and German (verbal and written), French an advantage
Identification with the Christian values and the mission of CBM
