Aufgaben
- Manage VAG's global Compliance Management System
- Develop global policies, procedures & training programs as per VAG's risk profile
- Conduct audits and act as the go-to-person for all global subsidiaries for compliance
- Manage vetting process and contractual relationship with global Agents and Distributors
- Coordinate Data Protection affairs on a global basis for VAG
Profil
- University degree and at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar function
- Position requires strong compliance skills and the ability to execute on deliverables using influence and collaboration across multiple functions of the organization
- Excellent interpersonal and management skills are essential
- You are able to understand things quickly, work carefully and are a team player
- You work independently and in a structured manner
- Good presentation skills
- Fluent English and German language skills,knowledge of other languages are welcome
- Excellent user knowledge of MS Office
