International Sales Development Training Specialist (m/f/d)

• Training of our CRM&ERP System

• On site trainings for our new employees in our subsidiaries, which requires the willingness to travel

• Doing Online Trainings for new features/updates of our ERP System

• Travel to existing subsidiaries if help or process optimization is needed 

• Ensure the standards set forth by the company are maintained by all personnel at all times

• Recommend changes that could provide a better experience to customers

• Support the back office and international projects

• Open minded

• Good knowledge of MS Office programs

• Very good knowledge of spoken and written English, other foreign languages are advantage. Confident dealing with other cultures (international/intercultural competence)

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Problem-solving skills

• Willingness to Travel
